Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. We do not accept cancellations or returns unless we make a mistake.

Proper measurements and known flaws are always listed in the description. Note that these are secondhand, VINTAGE pieces and not brand new unless otherwise stated, so therefore may have minor imperfections due to age and wear. Please read the descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

If we overlooked a major flaw and you are eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the exact same condition that you received them; unworn in their original packaging. You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase. No returns are issued after 30 days.

Returns are only accepted on a case by case basis. To request a return, you can contact us at info@amethystlullabies.com and disclose the issue along with photos of the problem. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, majorly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
